Fleet Manager

Fleet Rental Business Manager required for an outstanding company based on the East Rand with;

• Grade 12 • Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Engineering, Mining or finance • commercial or Financial Management Qualification • Mining related qualification • A Trade would be advantageous • TMM Machine experience • Valid driver’s license • 4 – 8 years’ experience in mining equipment, heavy equipment, rental or related industries, with proven compliance to regulatory and safety standards • Strong underground mining experience including hard rock operations and statutory safety practices • Proven commercial and business development experience • Experience managing major mining customers, ensuring long term partnerships • Compliance • Strong understanding of underground mobile mining equipment including digital telemetry and sustainability • Experience with fleet management lifecycle equipment. • Strong financial commercial acumen. • Negotiations skills • Contract planning • SLA’s • ESG principals • OEM Experience • Fleet utilisation • Full reasonability for rental revenue, fleet utilisation, profitability, customer development, contract management and equipment lifecycle management. • Strong understanding of underground hard-cock mining, mobile equipment, production requirements. • Rental business development • Fleet management • Commercial and financial management • Customer relationship management • Equipment and technical solutions • Aftermarket sales • Aftermarket service • Contract management
